He did manage to leave out, however, the Larry and Jimmy Flynt plea bargain which resulted in no time for any defendant; the so-far failed attempt to retry the Flynts for breaking agreements from that plea bargain; the Elyse Metcalf acquittal on three hardcore tapes; and the reversal of a second trial involving the above mentioned husband and wife (Allan and Jennifer Dute) due to the extreme prejudice displayed by the trial judge -- all of which happened in this same time period. Bottom line: People, even in Cincinnati, like access to sexual material, and many of them even understand that the First Amendment makes no exception to protection for it.
