The state of Michigan is considering legislation that would create a
children's protection registry to block inappropriate adult content from
electronic messages being sent to children's e-mail, cell phones,
pagers, computers and other devices, Utah passed measure, Illinois also
looking to, bill allows schools to register entire domain name.

We are interested in finding a spammer who is willing to go on camera to
argue that this type of legislation is against their 1st amendment
rights, that they simply do not agree with it or any other comments
    against this issue.

It is most preferable if the spammer is in the Midwest...we are located
    in Chicago.

If you are willing to talk you may call 312-494-4848 and ask for Ruth or
    Kate.

    Thank You,

    Kate
