France case is back, while a Japanese executive faces criminal liability for carrying controversial advertising. FRENCH COURT RULES IT CAN HEAR YAHOO! CRIMINAL CASE A Paris Court of Appeal has ruled that it is competent to hear a case involving criminal charges against former Yahoo! CEO Timothy Koogle over the availability of Nazi content on the Yahoo! site. Koogle was acquitted by a trial court last year.
