IDS/A is not yet complete, but can already be used as an improved syslog replacement with features such as automatic log rotation. It also includes a tcp wrapper replacement, an exec interceptor, an apache module and a pam module which can be used to collect information and block suspicious actions as they are attempted. Changes: The rule interpreter has been rewritten and module support has been implemented. Tests and modules can now be uploaded into the application process space. An anomaly detection module has been written. Regular expression matches are now possible. Numerous bugs have been fixed.
