About: Prelude is an Hybrid Intrusion Detection system. It is composed of
the Prelude and Prelude Report programs. The first is an NIDS sensor, the
second, for reporting attacks in a user readable form. Other important and
current features of Prelude are an IP defragmentation stack and
detection/protocols plugins with persistant state. Prelude has a signature
engine capable of reading Snort rulesets.

Changes: Makefile.am fixes for PCAP compilation, dynamically generating
prelude-report.conf in function of installation path, cleanups to the
plugin configuration subsystem, better config file configuration/command
line configuration integration, config file syntax updates, and a new
Arpspoof detection plugin (detects several ARP attacks).
