About: Crypt::Rijndael is an implementation of the algorithm for the
Advanced Encryption Standard, Rijndael, as a Perl module that interfaces to
C code. It implements ECB and CBC encryption modes.

Changes: All NIST-supplied modes of operation including cipher feedback,
output feedback, and counter mode were added. Tests as supplied by NIST for
all of these modes were added.
