Locations: NY, VA, Boston, MD, DC, CA, IL Salary: $100k - $140k Positions: Account/Product/Program Manager / Enterprise Security Manager Job Functions: · Planning, budgeting, estimating and overseeing new and existing accounts, products and programs according to sound business methodologies, planning and assigning resources to tasks, monitoring and tracking progress against an approved plan to complete the assignment within specified schedule and budget constraints. · Working with assigned Technical Directors to develop and coordinate project plans, schedules, objectives and deliverables. · Preparing and presenting pertinent project material, status reports, deliverables and analyses to management and clients. · Ensuring that projects are conducted using applicable quality standards and development methodologies. · Supporting business development in their general area(s) of responsibility through new client identification, qualification and marketing, proposal development and follow-up and follow-on work identification in close coordination with SVP Programs, designated AM(s)/Prd Mgr(s) and Sales and Marketing personnel. · Serving as focal point of communications with assigned clients keeping both the clients and PPS management informed of the progress of assigned efforts or any issues related thereto. · Proactively identifying industry and technology trends and best practices for account, product and program management. · Helping define and establish standards and guidelines for the development of and assuring the continuing quality of deliverables. Basic Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems required. (ALL) · Masters degree in engineering, computer sciences, information systems or business administration desired. (AM/Prd Mgr) · Work experience in security/security related products/consulting industries highly desirable. (ALL) · At least two years work experience in management in a product or consulting environment required for (Pgm/Pgm Mgr). Five years for AM. · Strong written and oral (both one-on-one and public) communications skills.
