Title: Practice Manager Location: New York City Job Description: The PSO Practice Manager will be responsible for delivering the PSO engagements in the Eastern Region. This includes consulting, integration, training and custom development projects. Responsibilities include: providing pre-sales support to the East Coast sales staff; hiring local PSO field engineers; working on billable projects. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Minimum ten years of industry experience. Two or more years working with PKI products. Experience working with enterprise customers as a technical consultant. Strong business sense and exposure to expense and revenue budgets. Proven track record managing projects and or accounts at a technical level. Hands-on experience with networking products, operating systems (Unix or NT) and internet protocols. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly Desirable: Management experience hiring and managing technical staff. My client is pre-ipo and very motivated to hire the right candidate. Compensation includes a base around $120,000 with bonus of around $30,000 + stock.
