Title: Information Security Director Location: New York Salary: $150k - $170k (total comp) SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implement Company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines and, to the extent necessary, develop Division-specific information security strategies, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to protect the Division's information assets. * Direct the development of security architectures and specific solutions to meet the Division's strategic needs * Create or acquire security tools and oversee their installation and training in their use * Establish and maintain secure access capability for the Division's mobile users * Work with all Division's business units to establish and maintain secure access methods and related arrangements for their strategic partners , vendors and contractors. * Conduct periodic assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats to the Division's information assets, determine any corrective actions and oversee their implementation * Coordinate the Division's detection and reaction procedures * Provide leadership in security activities to technical staffs throughout the Division * Monitor compliance with Company and Division policies, procedures and standards * Represent the Division in all Company security-related activities. =================================== ALTA ASSOCIATES, INC. is the number one recruiting firm specializing in Information Security.
