    DIRECTOR, INFRASTRUCTURE & INFORMATION ASSURANCE
    The Corporate Division has an opening for a Director of Infrastructure &
    Information Assurance.  This position will work out of our Fairfax, VA
    Office.
    
    Job Description:
    The Business Incubator has a senior management position opening for the
    Director of BTG's I2A business practice area.  The qualified individual will
    have established business leadership credentials in the Information Security
    market arena.  Responsibilities include development of a business strategy
    that results in the development and implementation of repeatable information
    security services and enterprise solutions that will be marketed to both the
    Federal Government and commercial strategic accounts across BTG's business
    units.
    
    Current Organization
    The position currently supervises over 15 people through 2 business focus
    areas (consulting services and security solutions).
    
    Major Objectives
    *	Direct fast-tracked, focused business growth and management of all
    I2A solutions and consulting services offerings in coordination with the
    Business Incubator Director.
    *	Effectively define and guide I2A services offering development,
    strategic market positioning, and personnel recruitment strategies in
    accordance with the I2A Business Plan.
    
    Background and Experience:
    
    (a)Minimum required:
    The successful candidate must have well rounded business management
    experience, including the following;
    *	Held (holds) important high-level position(s) in the government
    and/or commercial IO/IW/IA sector(s).
    *	Renowned I2A authority with a strong reputation as a leader and
    innovator in the Government and/or commercial IO/IW/IA sector(s) with
    high-level national and international government and industry ties and
    contacts.
    *	Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to manage
    and successfully execute different types of contracts with high customer
    satisfaction.
    *	Demonstrated ability in building the right team.  Starting with
    hiring the right people, developing, training, promoting and retaining high
    value employees. Developing other people to take on increasingly responsible
    and leveraged assignments; mentoring or coaching others.
    *	Effective team builder and team player.  Fosters collaboration
    within the organization.
    *	Exceptional communication skills, both presenting and listening.
    Effective communication in a one on one setting, as well as, in a group.
    *	Exceptional presence; confident, professional, well spoken,
    articulate and organized.
    
    (b)Desired:
    *	CISSP and/or CPP professional certifications
    Engineering and/or Computer Science Degree(s)
