    SECURITY OFFICER FOR STABLE/PROFITABLE
    TELECOMM COMPANY.
    
    You will be called upon to define and document
    security policies, standards, and enforcement.  This
    includes supporting both internal and external
    firewall, firewall high availability, access control
    methods, intrusion detection, encryption devices, and
    remote access.
    
    You will be the liason in security policy across the
    networking, application development, and website
    admin. departments.  This will include interfacing
    with business units and network technical areas to
    ensure IT projects meet securiy standards.
    
    You will, implement methods to secure installations of
    Solaris, Linux and NT, participate in application
    securty architecture definintion for Internet software
    handling confidential data.
    
    This position also includes attending Security
    seminars and conferences to keep abreast of emerging
    technologies.
    
    CiscoWorks 2000 LAN/WAN experience a plus.
