Administer Information Security control functions for Dallas based mainframe systems and NT. Ensure all access requests are properly authorized and are consistent with Information Security standards and guidelines. Maintain authorizations and approvals for all changes made to the security software. Review account changes to ensure they are consistent with policy. REQUIRED: 3-5 years of experience in customer service responsibilities involving direct customer contact. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. Demonstrates close attention to detail and possesses excellent business judgment. Working knowledge of RACF administration, Windows NT, security and control concepts including security administration. Knowledge of the technical systems support the environment of MBNA which could include TSO, MVS, JCL, IBM Utilities, DB2 and other support systems. Working experience with personal computers and PC software, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Access. Ability to perform in a fast- paced environment maintaining excellent problem-solving and decision- making abilities. PREFERRED: 4-year degree in Computer Science or Business Computer Information Systems, CNE or CNA Certification/Prior experience in management responsibilities.
