Laid off in New Jersey - seeking new spot in security

Hi,

For the past five years, I have been working for a small IT/security 
consultancy at a number of hospitals and pharmaceutical companies in the New 
York city metro area.

For reasons that aren't relevant here, the company is no more.

I am looking for information about companies (both full-time and consulting) 
in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut that specialize in health care and 
security.

I have done a lot with security architecture/assessment/audit, a lot w/ HIPAA 
and 21 CFR  Part 11 (pharmaceutical security), policy, etc.

Any leads, referrals, web sites, etc., is appreciated!!!
