    Senior Account Managers (x3), Surrey, UK
    
    £45K OTE £120K +package and benefits
    
    My client are a leading developer of security solutions that aim to secure
    the digital economy. Their solutions are used by thousands of auditing and
    security professionals including 4 of the 'Big 5' and one third of the
    Fortune 100.  Now poised for the next phase of growth they are looking for
    three additional senior account managers for their UK office.  
    
    Responsibilities:
    The Account Manager focuses on large sales opportunities. With a list of
    assigned accounts and full responsibility for the account management,
    including all subsidiary accounts.
    
    *	Penetrate account at key executive levels to establish relationships
    for ongoing business development
    *	Develop account plans for strategic accounts
    *	Develop and provide presentations for key customers at
    senior/executive management level
    *	Coordinate on-site and telephone product demonstrations
    *	Account creation by phone campaigns
    
    Skills and Experience:
    *	At least 5 years' proven track record in sales with a solid track
    record of successfully selling imaginative business solutions to senior
    commercial management who are not specifically IT orientated.
    *	A demonstrable ability to open, develop and close accounts.
    *	Strong communication and presentation skills that enable him/her to
    convey enthusiasm to clients, colleagues and prospects alike.
    *	A background in selling enterprise software is essential.  Ideally
    with experience of security solutions sales at senior management / board
    level within large organisations. 
    *	To be a charismatic team player with an emphasis upon corporate as
    well as individual goals.
    *	The potential to continue to grow and assume ever greater
    responsibility.
    *	Ability to build ongoing trust-based business relationships.
    *	High level of communication skills both orally and in writing.
    *	Ideally UNIX and/or NT technology focus.
    *	A hands-on can do approach.
