    I must say that this fellow's certainly got a good point when it comes to 
    job hunting, recruiters are fine and dandy when they actually are 
    effective.  Yes, use all possible resources if need be.  Job hunting is 
    hard in an economic recession to begin with.
    
    it is extremely good to see that employers themselves are posting 
    jobs.  These are more  faith inspiring than recruiters posts in my experience.
