    Primary Function: 
    Monitor and assess security on the Bank's network 
    perimeter and internal architecture.  Engineer 
    security solutions for the various technical platforms.  
    Assist Security Manager in carrying out the Audit, 
    Change Management, and Compliance/Regulatory 
    aspects of the group's overall responsibilities.
    
    Required Skills: 
    Candidate should have at least 5 years of 
    professional experience and must possess in-depth 
    knowledge to be able to enhance, and engineer our 
    firm's current network security architecture.
    Working knowledge of network security/firewall 
    technologies, electronic mail systems and Unix is a 
    must.
    2+ years of LAN Networking.
    1+ year of WAN Networking.
    Strong TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, WINS, DHCP, 
    DNS, SNMP.
    Experience with Cisco routers and switches & 
    various VPN products.
    Experience with Raptor, Checkpoint FW-1 and/or PIX 
    firewalls.
    Experience working in NT and Unix environments.
    Involvement in Windows 2000 Server installation and 
    deployment.
    Experience with Host-based & Network-based IDS 
    systems, as well as deployments and establishing 
    best practices.
    Networking Certifications a plus (e.g. Cisco certs: 
    CCNA, CCIE).
    Knowledge of best Security Practices.
    Good organization and communication skills.
    Must be able to manage multiple projects.
    Degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science or 
    Communication Technologies.
