    Regular Conference calls- Information sharing
    $1.5 million Quota....$180k package/comp. plan
    no ceiling on package.

    Looking for experience selling Security Products and 
    Professional Services.
    Product will Include: Entrust, Nortel, DataKey, Cisco, 
    Maxwire.
    
    Key Role Requirements:
    ·Sales professional with a proven track record of 
    developing and closing business in information 
    management/information technology
    ·Specific skill sets include the sale of enterprise IT 
    security software solutions
    ·Sale of products include enterprise security software 
    (authentication and authorization solutions), selected 
    peripheral components and Professional Services
    ·Individual needs to possess a hungry attitude 
    towards developing new accounts and managing 
    relationships at senior business and technical levels
    ·Individual needs to uncover and develop needs for 
    enhanced levels of IT security to drive customer 
    business objectives
    ·Individual must demonstrate ability to move clients 
    from the “status quo”
    ·Individual must demonstrate ability to quickly learn 
    key concepts related to enterprise security
    ·Individual must demonstrate ability to work 
    independently to create and execute a territory 
    business plan
    ·Individual must be well organized and utilize 
    standard account management and needs 
    development methodologies
    ·Individual must demonstrate accomplished written 
    and verbal communication skills
    ·Individual must demonstrate ability to take on 
    responsibility and accountability
    ·Experience in the financial services sector is an 
    asset
    ·University education plus minimum of 5 years sales 
    experience in related fields
