My client is in the search of a Security Director. Key points for ideal candidate: * Candidate must have experience running a start up security practice * Prior experience with developing business plans with the ability to put one together from day one is a must * 5 + years focused experience in security industry as VP or Director level * Individual with a high visibility in market * Full Applications Development Cycle knowledge * A visionary who can implement & design security solutions for embedded code within a Microsoft application environment * Extensive Start-up experience within profitable Security Practice * Comes to the table with business development success stories * Ability to leverage relationships immediately * P&L responsibilities a must.(Preferably at least $2M -$10M annual budget) Additional required knowledge, skills & abilities: Must have at least 5 years solid security consulting experience with an in-depth understanding of security strategies, policy & procedures, risk assessment & managed security practices with extensive successful execution experience.
