    travel (25%) within their position.  Our client, a large 
    multi-tiered firm with several lines of business is seeking 
    a Senior Security Analyst with a broad-based background who 
    enjoys a diverse array of responsibilities along with 
    working on a team consisting of top-notch, results-oriented 
    professionals.  
    
    Job Description:
    This position will be a combination of the following:  
    Extensive research to identify products and vendors best 
    suited for the business needs in any given situation; 
    research into upcoming technologies such as wireless 
    devices in order to take advantage of the most proficient 
    use of technology; develop and implement security 
    standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple 
    platforms and diverse system environments (e.g. corporate, 
    distributed computer, and client server systems) at a 
    global corporate-wide level; review the development, 
    testing, and implementation of security plans, products, 
    and control techniques; provide guidance to security 
    specialists and provide direction in the development, 
    implementation, and testing of security plans, products, 
    and control techniques; provide senior technical expertise 
    and support for clients in risk assessments and 
    implementation of data security procedures and products; 
    investigate and recommend appropriate corrective actions 
    for security vulnerabilities, new technologies, State and 
    Federal legislation, and regulations pertaining to 
    information security.
    
    Qualifications:
    Must be knowledgeable in the security aspect of multiple 
    platforms, operating systems, software, communications and 
    network protocols, or an equivalent combination of 
    education and work experience.  Requires excellent 
    analytical ability, consultative, and communication skills, 
    strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with 
    client and IT management, staffs, vendors, and 
    consultants.  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a 
    related discipline with at least five years experience.  
    Security certification is preferred.
    
    Salary:  Low $90's plus 20% bonus and excellent benefits.
