    Responsibilities:
    * Perform complete security and technical assessments of client
    environments including security infrastructure assessment, strategic
    planning, solutions architecture, network and systems design,
    installation coordination, and project management in large and
    complex internetworking environments.  
    * Full life-cycle deployment including architecture, design and
    implementation of comprehensive security solutions for the enterprise
    and/or service provider marketplace.
    * Validate and test security architecture and design solutions to
    produce detailed engineering specifications 
    * Manage client expectations with regards to deliverables.
    * Create and provide detailed progress reporting and documentation  
    * Act as the primary interface with client personnel for all issues
    pertaining to the project  
    * Manage project team through delivery and all day-to-day issues
    pertaining to project engagement  
    * Ability to coordinate project related tasks throughout a project
    lifecycle
    * Architect and Design comprehensive systems management solutions for
    specific Client environments  
    * Validate and test Architecture and Design solutions to produce
    detailed engineering specifications with recommended design and
    vendor technologies  
    * Use developed engineering Sygate specifications to implement into
    existing client security architecture 
    * Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships
    * Travel (approximately 80%) required. 
    
    Requirements:
    * 5+ years of Security Engineering, Enterprise level Consulting or
    Systems Engineering with a proven ability to work within a consulting
    organization and provide technical leadership. 
    * Detailed knowledge of Security auditing, assessment and penetration
    testing tools and procedures  
    * Practical knowledge of VPN gateways and remote access clients  
    * Practical knowledge of firewall & proxy server technologies .
    * Public Key Infrastructures including Certificate Authority (CA),
    Registration Authority (RA) and Certificate Repository experience
    * Secure Internets, Intranets and Extranets network architecture
    design  
    * Practical knowledge of the following operating systems; Sun
    Solaris, Win2000 & .NET.
    * Practical knowledge of the following database systems; Oracle 8i &
    9i, MS SQL Server.
    * Practical knowledge of the following network services; IIS web
    server, iPlanet web server, Active Directory, NT Domain, LDAP & DNS.
    * Distributed authentication systems and authentication devices
    including smart cards and biometric devices.  
    * Security operations administration and management  Specific
    protocol and standards experience should include TCPIP, SSL, TLS,
    WTLS, SET, S/MIME, RADIUS, TACACS/TACACS+, IPSEC and symmetric and
    public key cryptography techniques including industry recognized
    ciphers and hash algorithms. 
    * Experience in LAN/WAN/WLAN (802.11) networking design,
    connectivity, routing and switching protocols. 
    * Experience in LAN/WAN networking protocol analysis using commercial
    and public domain protocol analyzers.
    * Effective written and presentation skills is essential.  
    * Clearly present ideas and concepts verbally and in writing (i.e.
    project requirements, design specifications, etc.)
    
    Education:
    * BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering programs
    preferred, or equivalent related industry experience. 
    * Preferred, but not required CISSP, GIAC, MCSE, CNX or other
    industry recognized certifications.
    * Preferred, but not required TS/SCI security clearance
