    Hello

I'm writing this to introduce myself and announce that I'm looking to
relocate to either California, Colorado, or the Washington
    DC/Virginia/Maryland area.

From 1991 to 1999, I was enlisted in the US Army MOS 98G with Russian
Language. I have consistently scored a 3/3 on the DLPT, and have a very
strong background in SIGINT, including time at Bad Aibling Station.

Additionally, I have very superior IT skills, having served as a Unix
system and network administrator since 1996. This has given me a wide
variety of experiences in the field. From 2000 to 2001, I was employed
as the CTO for a web startup specializing in E-commerce.

I can work in the following capacities:
    Intelligence Analyst
    Order of Battle Specialist
    Linguist
    Unix System Administrator
    Network Administrator
    Network Security Specialist
    Researcher
    Webmaster
    Web Applications Developer
    Trainer

I formerly have held a TS/SCI clearance, but it was downgraded when I
left active duty in 1999. I have a completed SF86 ready to submit if
    needed.

Please find my resume below. Feel free to call me anytime at
    (541)730-1932.

    Thanks
    --Mike
