    My client is seeking a TAC engineer to resolve customer issues via any 
    medium, in the areas of system configuration, product functionality and 
    bugs/enhancements.Will provide technical support to customers via 
    telephone, fax, and/or on-site.  Must have 3 years network security 
    background including Network Security procedures (PKI, RSA, PIX Firewalls, 
    Checkpoint,VPN,etc.) Possesses in depth knowledge of LAN/WAN, 
    hubs,firewalls, VPN's, etc.Bachelors degree in computer science or 
    equivalent work experience.  3 years customer suport environment for 
    security vendor. Hands on technical experience including TCP/IP and other 
    protocols required.  In-Depth experience in network troubleshooting.Send
