    Security Expert
    Silicon Valley start-up with and exceptional management team and funding 
    needs a Security expert to design and implement authentication, security, 
    and encryption policies and systems that will give customers and partners 
    faith in the trustworthiness of a web service offering
    
    Required: 
    
    ·       BS CS or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience including 
    technical leadership of a significant web service development effort
    ·       The candidate must have a strong Linux background and knows what 
    to do and what not to do to keep Linux and Unix Systems secure
    ·       Deep understanding of security and privacy technologies and 
    practices 
    ·       Excellent understanding of knowing what attacks are out there and 
    configuration problems with Linux 
    ·       Significant protocol design and implementation experience
    ·       Need to design a security strategy for client/server protocols, 
    set a privacy policy for a service, and also implement some set of system 
    components. 
    ·       We’re looking for someone who can initially design and implement 
    and then eventually grow into a leadership role as the company grows. 
    ·       A+ developer in either java (with familiarity with jsp, 
    application servers, etc) or c/c++ protocol-level code, or linux systems 
    configuration and programming?
    ·       Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal 
    skills 
    ·       Startup experience
