    My client is a leading forensic software company and they are looking
    for a
    Major Account Executive in the Greater European market.  The emphasis
    will
    be on generating new business/revenue within specified organizations.
    The
    incumbent must have the ability to explore clients’ business issues,
    articulate
    value propositions, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and
    ultimately increase revenue within these companies.
    
    Qualified candidates will be proven executive-level sales professionals
    with a
    strong working knowledge of selling Security Software and Solution
    Services
    to C-level executives of Global 2000 organizations. Candidates must
    understand the business and process fundamentals of being successful
    with
    high-ticket security solution sales in the UK and Europe, and have a
    proven
    track record of success building C-level relationships in the public and
    private
    sectors.The incumbent will be based out of our Liverpool office, and
    will be
    responsible for the strategic objective of maximizing revenue generation
    
    within very large, tier-one Enterprise accounts and large Government
    organizations. Given the importance of penetrating the top-tier
    accounts, the
    incumbent will be assigned to a select number of prospects and existing
    clients with the purpose of cold calling, prospect qualification,
    strategic sales
    process planning, exploring and closing all revenue opportunities.They
    are
    looking for someone with a minimum of five years international sales
    experience, selling enterprise-wide security applications. Strong
    background
    in security infrastructure and/or enterprise solution software required
    Ten or
    more years in system / solution sales within large Enterprise accounts.
    Consistently exceeding quota of greater than $2 Million. Proven Track
    Record
    in over-achieving quarterly and annual quota. Strong experience with
    channel
    sales, using channel neutral sales strategies. Must have high ethics,
    integrity,
    and humility and have a desire to build a world-class sales and support
    organization. Must have strong knowledge of IT Security and Network
    Administration concepts and demonstrate the ability to discuss them with
    
    intelligence and conviction. Experience in successfully executing
    complex sales
    cycles with CXOs. Formal sales training a must: Solution-Selling and/or
    Value
    Selling training preferred. Excellent presentation skills. Strong
    initiative and
    superior ability to think creatively. Strong contacts in the private and
    public
    sectors in both the UK and Europe. Multi-lingual skills including
    English.
    Ability to travel up to 90%. Bachelor level degree or equivalent
    experience.
