Provides engineering expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Whale's security products to enable secure access to a customers key internal applications, such as webmail, from any regular web browser.. Projects will be conducted both onsite and remotely. You will be working with cutting edge companies who are developing and utilizing the latest web- enabled technologies. Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. - Hands-on technical experience includng http and other tcp/ip protocols. - Have extensive experience in operating systems administration (NT/2000 are a must). - In-Depth experience in network troubleshooting. - Experience working with customers/clients. - Overnight travel up to 50%.
