PKI Systems Engineer San Antonio Texas,Operational Research Consultants Responsibilities: You will be part of a strategic systems consultant team responsible for expanding Operational Research Consultants, inc's success in the Information Assurance and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) disciplines. Responsibilities include integration of PKI features, functionality and services into both existing legacy applications as well as newly developed DoD applications. Researches add-on/third party PKI products for selected IT security capabilities and adaptability. Provides configuration and debug support for a variety of Commercial off the shelf software and technologies. Works under the guidance of the Program Manager or customer Team Leader with light supervision. Opportunity to think `out of the box` and continually expand your knowledge. Track progress and remove obstacles that impede achievement of goals. Resolve issues surrounding development and launch; devise mitigation strategies. Requirements: Knowledge / skills - 4+ years experience in project management, product development or related discipline. 6+ years experience or background on Systems Integration, Enterprise Architecture or Systems Administration. Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Excellent communication, and organizational skills a must. Resourceful problem-solver with a can-do-attitude who is also a strong team member. Ability to identify critical issues and aggressively follow up to ensure correct resolution. Conceptual understanding of technical products and materials needed. Knowledge of and experience with software and product development methodology required. Experience with X.509 OpenSSL, SSLeay, X509 PKIX libraries, Digital Signatures, OCSP, SSL, CRLs highly desired. Aware of various PKCS formats,Netscape CMS, Microsoft Certificate Server,a definite plus. Education: BS, or equivalent. Highly developed oral and written communication skills. Either Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Security Clearance or ability to obtain clearance required EOE M/F/D/V
