I tried to scan 42.zip using InnoculateIt 5.2.5.0
My box is a PII with 120 Mo of RAM, Win98 and around 250 Mo of free
space on C:

The progress bar went directly to 100%
After less than 1 minute, my disk was full of tmp files (located of
course in C:\Windows\Temp)
BTW, it seems to me very strange that some AV don't check recursively
archives.
