The only thing that I think I am doing different is the fact that I run a tool called "IP Ultra Monitor 2000" that checks to see every 1 minuet if the server is still up. One of the ports is 5631 (pcAnywhere host service). I let the program run for about 2 - 3 hours and the port is still open however if you try to connect with the pcAnywhere client it will not connect.
