I turned on http://www.infopeace.com. This is an unofficial call for
papers (before the unveiling press releases). The site will be advertised
when it contains some papers and useful information (probably late June). 
The site will also utilize a message bulletin board.  The mission is to
use information technologies not to wage war, but to build peace.  Paper
submission via anonymous remailer accepted as well as self-identified
writings.
