    You should really track the history in the Plug list (
    before commenting like this.  If you had you would realize you are dead
    wrong above.  You are more wrong than you realize, and the committee
    chair (A member of C.R.I.M.E.) would probably find the above amusing. 
    As would other members on this list who met with the committees.  The
    whole process has been very well documented. Ken Barber (the real push
    behind the bill) came up 3 months and talk.
    There will be links to his editorial against Karen Minnis and her
    Ken is very approachable and would love your help I am sure, but do your
    home work first!
