I have similar questions about another utility: Has anyone used Spy Agent 4.0 from: http://www.internet-monitoring-spy-software.com/spyagent.htm I want to verify the following claims: The website states that the software is "completely hidden within your computer system after installation. The ONLY way to access it is by typing the password on your keyboard". I am concerned that it might impact network or disk i/o performance noticeably, not just that it will show up in the task list. It supposedly can "have all recorded activity logs emailed to your email address every xxx minutes" -- but what about when the Internet connection is dial-up? Obviously you wouldn't want a hidden program to *initiate* a connection. Can that function sleep until another dial-up connection is established and then discreetly send the data? "Spy Agent has the ability to log all passwords used during monitoring sessions. These include Windows logon passwords, chat clients, e-mail passwords, etc." Does that include Hotmail or other web-based email? My client dropped the prior utility (Spysoft) since he was unable to download it successfully :/ I now plan to test Spyagent utility with these questions in mind. My client is installing it on a target machine before I have a chance to test so I am interested in anyone's experience with it. tia __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
