Don't worry, the 2.4.15 filesystem corruption problem is _fixed_ in this LSM release (hint, start from clean 2.4.15 tree, not one with al viro's patch). Also, some architectures will not compile (this is generic problem with 2.4.15 and show_trace_stack not being implemented on all arch's). Full LSM patch (LSM + all modules) is available at: http://lsm.immunix.org/patches/lsm-full-2001_11_26-2.4.15.patch.gz LSM only patch is available at: http://lsm.immunix.org/patches/lsm-2001_11_26-2.4.15.patch.gz and, LSM modules patch is available at: http://lsm.immunix.org/patches/lsm-modules-2001_11_26-2.4.15.patch.gz The whole ChangeLog for this release is at: http://lsm.immunix.org/patches/lsm-ChangeLog What's changed since the 2001_11_05 patch: 2.4.15 merge (me) viro's patch to fix iput() (me) no longer export capability_ops and nproc_ops (me) fix dte build for module and in-kernel (serge) (me) made a generic Openwall LSM module (me) ported Emily's NPROC_LIMIT and Nick's SECURE_LINK & FD (Emily Ratliff) (Nick Bellinger) (Richard Offer) (me) a number of dte fixups (serge) lachlan mcrilroy's patch to move swapon and swapoff (greg k-h) add modules stacking support to dte (serge) Give this a whirl, and yes...2.4.16 is out, so you can expect a 2.4.16 LSM patch RSN ;-) cheers, -chris _______________________________________________ linux-security-module mailing list linux-security-moduleat_private http://mail.wirex.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-security-module
