    	I'm not sure how Elwiz solves the problem; it is just a
    glorified version of eventvwr, as far as I can tell.  I'm trying to
    figure out how to integrate occasionally-offline machines into an
    enterprise log aggregation scheme; neither elwiz nor eventvwr can
    actually forward messages over the wire, so they can't help with any
    aggregation.  (Also, I intentionally didn't mention an OS; at the
    moment, I'm just wondering what sorts of solutions people have come
    up with for the problem in general.)
