RippleTech's LogCaster will centrally collect Event
Log as well as syslog in a SQL database.  You can then
do searches via the query interface.

As far as analysis goes, I think the closest product
I'm aware of is Symantec's product...they bought
MountainWave's CyberWolf a while back...
