     Nessus (http://www.nessus.org) can do that kind of attack using Hydra (http://www.thc.org). 
     Just one extra thing, regarding the use of telnet. Telnet does not encrypt the sessions so
    it's really unsecure to use. I would suggest you to switch to ssh.
