FRENCH GROUP SUES ISPS FOR FAILURE TO BLOCK HATE SITES BNA's E-commerce Law Daily reports that a French Human Rights group has launched a lawsuit against 14 French ISPs for failing to block access to front14.org, a U.S.-based hate Web site. Defendants in the action include France Telecom and AOL France. The group notes that ISPs in other countries, such as Switzerland, have taken steps to block the site. The case will be heard before Judge Jean-Jacques Gomez, the judge who presided over the Yahoo! France case, later this month.
