    Declan,

The Internet Rights Forum ("Le Forum des droits sur l'internet"), a body
supported by the French government, has just published its
recommendations about the future of electronic voting in France.

In this report, the Forum recommends that electronic voting should not
be introduced in a uniform manner. The rollout of electronic voting must
be gradual and reasoned and should be taken on a poll by poll basis
(political elections, professional elections, inside associations, ...)

    Best regards,

    Benoit
