(00-0055) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate, execute and report on complex projects to mitigate information protection risks in business and systems communities. Work with ISOs and Corporate Information Protection Engineering and Cons. to implement Information Protection solutions. Provide practical solutions to Information Protection challenges and requirements for specific technologies. Support planning and communication of Information Protection solutions and projects. Implement appropriate Information Protection risk mitigation solutions and project plans based on business requirements. Address audit issues and participate in Information Protection risk mitigation and clean-up projects. Achieve project team objectives. Document results of project activities and communicate status to project manager. QUALIFICATIONS: BA in IS or business administration. 5-8 years information technology experience with emphasis on information protection and project management. Demonstrated strong understanding of one or more technology and information protection products deployed at CIGNA (MVS/ACF2, CICS, DB2, Windows NT, AS/400, UNIX, firewall/routers, etc.). Strong network security understanding in multi-protocal LAN/WAN environment including TCP/IP, SNA, and HTTP. Technology control assessment experience such as IT audit. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to participate in multiple project with appropriate time management and prioritization. Ability to work as individual contributor and as a fully participating member of project team. Demonstrated ability to work in matrix environment across organizational boundaries. Big 5 security consulting experience or equivalent work experience. CISA, CISSP preferred. This is an Unevaluated position.
