      MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
    
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    
    Participate with CIP's Engineering Team in production selection and
    implementation of security tools/systems (i.e. Intrusion Detection,
    Internet, E-mail and Host Monitoring, Anti-virus software Anti-sniffing
    software). Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures in
    support of security tools. Conduct and document security investigations and
    incidents. Participate in emergency security response process, affecting a
    timely and effective recovery (virus or hacker attacks). Perform technical
    vulnerability assessments (to include ethical hacking). Identify appropriate
    security metrics from an application and architecture perspective. Conduct
    risk assessment and reports on results. Conduct benchmark studies;
    participate in development and maintenance of security scorecard report.
    
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    
    Strong understanding of IT security, specifically compliance and best of
    class standard practices. Strong technical experience in one or more
    distributed, mainframe and midrange host environments (ex. MVS, UNIX,
    Windows NT and AS/400). Strong network security understanding in a
    multi-protocol LAN/WAN environment including TCP/IP, SNA and HTTP. Strong
    understanding of host and network intrusion detection and monitoring
    methodologies and other security tools and systems (Websense, Anti-virus,
    encryption, etc.). Impact and influence. Demonstrated ability to balance
    enforcement with consultation. Previous technology controls assessment
    experience such as IT Audit; project management background; oral and written
    skills; minimum BS in Engineering, telecom, IT, CISSP, CISA and/or MBA
    preferred. Big 5 security consulting experience or equivalent. Programming
    skills (C++, MS Access, etc.). Skilled using all MS Office products; process
    development and process improvement experience.
