    heh... that's great, but what about taxes? last figure i've heard is 50% 
    income tax for single male... and rents, rents... Basically I'm disappointed 
    in European market :(
    
    Germans introdused somewhat 20000 greencard program, but got only 7000 
    applications... and the funniest thing is that after 5 years on this card 
    you have to move out, no way to prolong it.
