    What I am wondering is if these modems will only allow changes to the data
xfer rates from its 10.31.30.31 address? And if so can you enable ip
forwarding to get to the 10.31.30.31 address from the 149.112.50.65
address.  It appears it has an entry for forwarding.

ip.ipForwarding.0 = forwarding(1)


ip.ipAddrTable.ipAddrEntry.ipAdEntAddr.10.31.30.31 = IpAddress: 10.31.30.31
ip.ipAddrTable.ipAddrEntry.ipAdEntAddr.149.112.50.65 = IpAddress: 149.112.50.65


Just an idea.  I havent tested anything yet.
