    The info is not public. Just because a block of IP's is registered to
    one domain, does not mean that all machines wtih those IPs are located
    in the same location. For all you know, one machine may be in .cn,
    while the other one may be in .in, and a third in .jp for an Asian
    multinational. If they get a /19 from Apnic, they can subnet it as per
    their requirements, and place the machines anywhere.
    This information might be available through BGP though.
