    I hope this makes it to the list.  I would disagree with only one singular
    point on this which is that mom and pop ISP's are probably more competant at
    fixing these than larger ISP's at least from our jurisdiction.
    
    We use 'Telus Velocity' ISP and they not only refuse to shut down the open
    relays they have numerous legacy mail systems that create mirror email you
    may not even be aware of.  For instance I use 'lucretiaat_private' as
    this email account, but the majority of my SPAM comes through
    lucretiaat_private which I never knew even existed.
    
    What do they plan to do to correct this?  Nothing.
