Since I'm no longer on the inside of WireX's firewall, here's the latest
version of the LSM patch against 2.4.5.  Note that fs/super.c changed in
2.4.5, so I hope I got the merge correct.  It would be great if someone
else could go over the patch to verify it.

I'll be sending Chris and Seth the BitKeeper changes so that he can push
them up to the public repository.

Other than the merge, I added a single placeholder for the LSM syscall
(basically to get around a bug in BitKeeper that makes it difficult to
generate patches after such a merge.)
